NOW LOOKING FOR TEAM MEMBERS!

DESIGN EDITOR
If you are creative, confident to try new things, have a passion for big ideas and visual storytelling, are experienced in layout and design, and can navigate your way around Canva like an expert, we want to hear from you! This is a hybrid position so you must be able to drive or get around easily because you may have to work on-site.
📚 Magazine Maestro: We publish four (4) magazines a year and need a designer who can arrange the content in a visually appealing way, and design and create the cover.

🎨Visual Virtuoso: Must have excellent visual communication skills, and a strong foundation in layout, typography, and color theory.

🖥️Creative Connoisseur: Advanced knowledge of Canva.

🗣️Communication Champion: Good communication skills are a must to collaborate with remote creative teams and be able to sell ideas during creative brainstorms, devise strategies to identify marketing opportunities, develop online campaigns, and keep abreast of the latest trends.

💡 Idea Innovator: In addition to designing our publication, your creativity knows no bounds. You’re ready to lead in creative brainstorms, develop online campaigns, and identify fresh marketing opportunities. You collaborate with the Social Media Editor to help create posts that pop.

🔍 Trend Tracker: Keeping up with the latest trends isn’t just a habit; it’s a passion. You’re on the pulse of what’s new, ensuring our magazines are always ahead of the curve.

SOCIAL MEDIA EDITOR
Are you obsessed with YouTube intros, smooth transitions, jump cuts, and fire captions? If you know how to keep an audience hooked with episodes that include fast-paced visuals, perfect sound, and a creative flow that all relate to reading and writing—#TWP needs you! If you’re skilled in editing audio and video content, and can navigate Canva and editing software like a pro, apply!  This is a hybrid position so you must be able to drive or get around easily because you may have to work on-site.
🎞️ Episode Architect: Shape raw footage into must-watch episodes—from our talk shows to BTS vlogs and teen-led interviews.

✂️ Editing Pro: Use iMovie, Adobe Premiere, or CapCut like a boss. Cut out the fluff, add flair, and keep it on brand and topic.

🎧 Audio/Visual Wizard: Sync up crisp audio, background music, and on-screen text so everything looks and sounds pro.

🔍 Trend Watcher: Stay on top of what’s trending on YouTube and TikTok to keep our content fresh and clickable.

🧠 Creative Collaborator: Brainstorm with teen hosts and producers, pitch new content ideas, and shape the visual style of our shows.

📆 Consistent & Reliable: Edit and upload on schedule so our audience never misses a beat.

PODCAST EDITOR
We’re looking for a teen Podcast Editor who can bring stories to life through audio and turn raw recordings into smooth, engaging episodes. You’ll be in charge of editing and producing our teen-led podcast and supporting our Sound Stage Presents Broadcast show, including recruiting, planning, auditioning, casting, and producing audio-based storytelling. This is a hybrid position so you must be able to drive or get around easily because you may have to work on-site.
🎤 Sound Storyteller: Edit and mix biweekly podcast episodes featuring teen voices and real conversations

✂️ Editing Expert: Balance sound, remove background noise, add music, and make sure every episode hits the right tone—literally.

🎵 Sound Vibes: Add intros, outros, and music when needed to give each episode a polished sound.

🧠 Creative Collaborator: Work with teen hosts, producers, and guests to shape the storytelling, plan intros/outros, and brainstorm fresh episode ideas.

📅 Deadline Crusher: Keep us on track with biweekly episodes—editing efficiently and always hitting deadlines with quality sound.

🗣️ Feedback Friendly: Take and give feedback to help the podcast improve over time

What’s in it for you? Apart from joining a team where your ideas matter, you’ll gain real-world experience, flex your creative muscles, and be a part of something big. And let's not forget - it's a paid gig.

So, if you’re ready to take your creative game to the next level, slide into our DMs, hit us up with your best content, and let’s make our corner of the Internet a cooler place together. Are you in? #JoinTWP #SocialMediaEditor #DesignEditor
